Annual Events

Chicago Cares offers three annual events that bring together large numbers of volunteers on a single day, leaving a lasting impact on our city! In addition to volunteering at the annual events listed on the left, there are also opportunities for leadership and corporate sponsorship available. All of the funds raised through these events goes directly back into our ongoing programs, making it possible for Chicago Cares volunteers to make a difference all year long.

Chicago Cares Annual Events are a great way to get acquainted with our organization, meet other Chicagoans who share your passion for service and make a BIG difference in just one day!

You can play an important role at our Annual Events by volunteering for one of the following opportunities: 

• Roadies: Roadies are the volunteers behind the scenes making sure that every Chicago Cares event runs smoothly. In this role, you'll help at the kick-off and/or wrap-up celebrations on the day of event; covering everything from volunteer check-in, lunch distribution, managing the information table and many other logistical needs.
