Project Description: Chicago Cares is offering tutoring services in conjunction with Chicago Lights tutoring program. Chicago Lights tutors children from the Cabrini Green area who are bused to the tutoring program downtown. 10 committed volunteers are needed to meet with the same 1-6 grade student every Thursday throughout the school year, and 10 volunteer substitutes are needed each Thursday to tutor with children on a non-committal basis.
