How to Partner With Chicago Cares

What's Next? Getting your organization involved with Chicago Cares!

1. Whether your school or agency could use painting, a regular after-school program, beautifying of a park or garden, or a field trip for your residents, the first step to hosting a Chicago Cares project is completing our community partner application. Return your application by fax (312-780-0801), mail (300 W. Adams, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60606) or e-mail (info@chicagocares.org).

2. Chicago Cares works closely with you to provide overall program development and management including work assessment, supply planning, and project implementation and leadership. Our staff reviews all applications received, following up with sites based on their identified availability and the type of work requested. Some tasks are a better fit for one type of project or another. We cannot guarantee that all applications will be accepted.

3. Although Chicago Cares accepts application all year long, our staff plans projects for our large, one-time events - the Celebration of Service (January) and Serve-a-thon (June) - 3 to 6 months in advance of the actual events. Please keep this in mind when submitting your site's application.
