The Coordinator, Capacity Building and Advisory Services supports the development, management and leadership of skills-based volunteer programming and innovative capacity building and advisory services. These services align with the strategic priorities of Chicago Cares and meets the needs of our community, non-profit, corporate partners and volunteers.

Manager, Capacity Building and Advisory Services | Code: CBASMGR19

The Manager, Capacity Building and Advisory Services facilitates the development, management and leadership of innovative capacity building and advisory services specifically in our core communities that align with the strategic priorities of Chicago Cares and meet the needs of our community, non-profit, corporate and volunteer partners.

Coordinator, Development | Code: COORDEV19

The Coordinator, Development will play a key support role for Chicago Cares’ External Affairs team. They will be primarily responsible for proposal development, donor data management, corporate grant applications, impact reporting, as well as other fundraising and event support functions. A large percentage of the Coordinator’s time will be spent administratively tracking and supporting the extensive existing corporate portfolio, with the opportunity to manage an increasing portfolio of donor relationships over time.
