Braven is launching a 9-week experience called BravenX. It is a rigorous, experiential program in the form of a 9-week long course targeted to sophomore college students interested in developing the skills necessary to secure a strong first job. As part of the BravenX experience, students participate in a variety of opportunities designed to build their awareness while practicing the skills and competencies needed to be successful in the professional workforce. This Summer, we are looking for volunteers to help students polish their resume and LinkedIn profile.
If you are looking for a meaningful impact, we suggest you look into the Leadership Coach role - launching in September 2019. Leadership Coaches lead teams of students through an experiential leadership and career course. Braven partners each Leadership Coach with 5-8 first-generation and low-income college students. Coaches teach students how to navigate the professional world while participating in a rigorous, 9-week professional development experience in which they get hands-on practice managing diverse, millennial teams.
